Level 1692 hangs on zero moves

This has occurred multiple times: after completing the objective in Level 1692, some candies turn into stripes, do their thing, and then the level sits there with zero moves left. I cannot move anything. If I try to quit the level, it warns me I am giving up (wrong--I completed the objective) but even if I give up and say, "sure, quit the level" it does not quit the level--it goes back to it with 0 moves still showing. You have to force close the app to get it to allow you to do anything, but it does not advance the level, so I am stuck on it forever. How am I supposed to advance???
