I've reached a treasure chest but cannot access it or get past it. When i click on it, I get a message pop up that I will get reward once i reach the treasure...which I have! - I uninstalled it twice to see if that would help...no....and I lost all my saved helps

From what I've read you need to log out of Facebook/Kingdom, close the app and then open it and log back in. That seems to be the troubleshooting for this.
