Why is jy moblie device showing my level different than my home computer?

I stopped playing on my mobile device at level 275. I played on the computer and am on level 620. I got a tablet and started to play again. I am currently stuck requesting tickets, that don't come. And my chip is on level 275. If I play on the computer it is fine. Can this be fixed so they both reflect my current game position?

It can be done. King made a little help video for this so follow the steps and your game should sync just fine...
