I live in Singapore and was on Level 570+ for Candy Cursh. However, when I travelled to Australia for a couple of days and wanted to play Candy Crush, I was placed back on Level 1 even when I was connected to facebook in Australia. After a few days when i returned back to Singapore, my progress was restored (I was back to 570+). I will be flying back to Australia and will be there for a couple of months. What will happen to my Candy Crush progress? I always play on my Samsung Galaxy Note 4.

Hi Abigail,
Your game progress are stored on our server so I believe the issue might be that you are not connected from the game to your Facebook account. This could be due to that you have set your mobile to not allow roaming or other limitations in the mobile Internet connection.
You might want to try playing the game directly on Facebook while you're abroad. Alternatively look into other options to connect the phone to the Internet - for instance WiFi zones at hotels, airports or similar.
