Why are the treasure chests disappearing when I get to them rather than giving me the treasure?

When I get to the treasure chests, almost every time they are not opening. They stay in the way and I can't get to the next level when they don't open. Then when I refresh, they are gone and I do not receive the prize.

    Hi David-  Welcome to King Care! I am sorry that you have been experiencing a problem with the Treasure Chests. A lot of players have reported that if they are experiencing a problem with the Treasure Chests, that simply closing the game and reopening it fixes most issues.

    However if this does not work, please disconnect your game from Facebook, close the game and then log in again.
