I need resolution to this or will decline my credit card charge.
I purchased gold bars so I could buy lollipops and the game locked up. I would have gotten through the level. As you can see from the screen shot, I had 1 move left. I had 1 jelly to eliminate. I purchased it so I could finish the level and get to the treasure chest, which was to expire in 6 hours. So, I didn't get the level completed or the treasure chest. I will decline my credit card charge if you do not resolve this.

I do believe I had a screenshot on both of the posts I had out there about this, but things just mysteriously disappear with Candy Crush, don't they?We can't see anything from the screenshot unless you actually post it!
