I asked about the quests more than a week ago

On my phone, which is apparently the only way to have quests anyway, what's up with that??? But anyway, I asked why the coloring balls didn't get counted all the time. I even lost a few without any reason just by closing and returning to play a few hours later!!! It's already near impossible to finish that quest and yet, you keep not counting them half the time still!!! Why won't you look into this issue already? Also, up until a week and a half ago, I was getting up to 50 lives from my friends at a time. Now, it has progressively gone down to less than 4!!! I believe you have a serious issue with this game and it's worth you checking into these issues.

The lives in the game refresh for free so I wouldn't worry about that too much. Have a read of this thread here as it has a lot of info on receiving lives etc: https://care.king.com/en/papa-pear-saga/i-m-not-receiving-my-messages-lives-from-friends
I'm not sure what quest you were playing to help with that one sorry. Maybe follow the general troubleshooting steps. They help with most in-game issues:
