Is there a glitch in CC Saga level 1676?

This has happened 3 times now so I'm not mistaken. I achieve the 3 sprinkle/stripe combos and get a tick to confirm it. I then concentrate on finishing off the remaining popcorn, even used 1 or 2 lolipops or switches to finally be done. Only to fail because the sprinkle/stripe has changed back to 1 still required. :-( It takes many many attempts and is frustrating enough without this happening.

I haven't see any other comments about this. Is this using the latest update for the app? 

I'm hoping you have passed it by now? I haven't got this far yet!
