I can't sync candycrush on iPhone, iPad and computer through Facebook

I am on level 1710 on my iPad. Yesterday when I tried to sync my iPhone through FB it brought me back to level1  I have reloaded Facebook and candycrush to no avail Help I have been playing candycrush  for two years and now I am back to level 1. Please help
