Lost progress after syncing with facebook

I was at level 968 and had connection issues to th kingdom so for some reason I chose to sync with Facebook.  Now I am on level 3 hundred and something.  Tried logging in and out of the kingdom and removing Facebook.  Also uninstalled and reinstalled candy crush.  Still the same.  Need to get back to my level or I am done.

please ensure that you have cookies enabled for safari for this method:

1) press connect in the candy crush app

2) when they show the facebook login page in the candy crush app, select the open in safari option at the bottom right corner of the page

3) key in your credentials

4) press ok when the "you have already authorised this app" page shows

5) the "open this page in candy crush" option should appear

6) press open and you should be able to connect to facebook in the candy crush app already
