Took my money and froze game

First off the game froze after taking my money to play. It took .99, then $2.99 on level 1789. I had the winning moves if I purchased them. The page with the banner froze so I could not see to make my winning moves. What kind of scam is going on by taking my money, and not letting me play me game so I could see the moves- Very pissed off- Scam?

I had this happen twice last evening and I wasn’t able to complete the level or use some of the extra lives I purchased. I was greatly disappointed.
