and now many are so discouraged that they are thinking about stopping the game as a past time.  surely you do test runs before the game is released, and if so, did you not see how difficult, or almost impossible it is to finish.  it ruins the fun of the game.  please, please, please remedy this problem.

Thanks for addressing your concern.

Unfortunately there's currently an issue with the game mechanics in Candy Crush Saga and we are working on isolating the issue.

I have seen your other thread about level 1810 and we have merged your thread into the main thread located here: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/how-can-level-1810-ever-be-completed - from here we will update on progress as well as announcing as soon as the level is working correctly again.
