How to get a refund for unauthorized purchases

My 5 old niece got into my phone and made in app purchases she thought they were free I have since changed all settings and delete the couple of games I played but I never made a purchase for the games I pay I am requesting a refund these charges were all made in June 2016 thank you for your help. All the charges came through my paypal account that's connected to my bank account that his I found out about this.
