If you took time to read where I first posted you would see that I tried to solve my problem by looking on this forum and it does NOT fix the problem ERROR 505 I'm trying to install Candy Crush Soda Saga and everytime I get the error 505. I have followed everything that the help section says and still can't install any of the Candy Crush games. I also tried one of the suggestions on this board about clearing the play store info on my phone didn't help. I have a Samsung Galaxy with the operating update of 6.0.1 So PLEASE is there anything else I can try? I always look for help on my own before reaching out!!!

Hi Kathyhc- Thanks for posting on King Care. I am sorry that you previous question was incorrectly linked. Error 505 appears to be a problem relating to the Play Store, I have found the following information that may help you to resolve the problem:

If you have no joy with this, I would recommend you to contact Android technical support.
