Finishing an episode without passing through all levels

I was playing at a particular level and I knew my friend (connected via facebook) had already completed that particular episode.  All of a sudden, I found that I had also passed the episode with my score at all levels being the same as my friend without actually passing the levels.

There is no way for this to happen unless you have logged in under your friends game on your phone or vice versa. 

To disconnect the accounts. Log out of Facebook/Kingdom in the candy app, then log out of Facebook as well. Restart the phone and then log back into the correct accounts.
