What can be done about the vulgar chat in Candy Crush Chat room and the bullying ?

There has been an on-going problem in the chat room attached to CC. These people use such vulgar language that so many good people and players have quit. The ones who remain have been asked to stop and clean up their speech but then those people are attacked and bullied. We have written Facebook and asked them also to shut down this chat room. No amount of threats or reporting the individual people has stopped this problem Here is just ONE example of some of those people attacking ME  when I asked them to stop:  Brian: Cindy you low self esteem fat whore.  Danielle:you are trashy  James:what is wrong with trashy  James:I don't like fat whores..but whores..yes   Randy:Cindy will you please douche   Danielle:then keep your mouth shut   Brian:she douches with a garden hose   Rob:soo did u notice the sores on his dick b4 or just say fuk it?  Danielle:nasty whore please close  Jeff:Cindy seems real classy   James:probably in upper 60s..and forgot about sex   Linda:gm Daniell. n Jody. not staying in to chat waaaay to much hate and nastiness Danielle:hi linda heart ♥   .  Cindy Lynn:before i go i must apologize i should not make comments on CC you all seem to have fun the content is just not my thing so as many of you would suggest its best i just turn off the chat switch it used to be fun but this is not my type of topic non stop it was great to meet some nice people fun conversations so enjoy you lifes i dont like when people say rude stuff to me for no reason even if they think theryre funny   Danielle:bye jeff ♥ ] Brian:Lynn, nice paragraph o' feces :go shoot yourself lynn do us all a favor   James:but funny makes us laugh   Jeff:I need Cindy to lick my balls while they are still sweaty  Bridget:Jesus Christ, Cindy. What is wrong with you? Your response to somebody rightfully being upset about the amount of horrible shit that is said in here is to ask them to kill themselves. Why don't you do that?    Danielle:dont forget your psycho meds cindy       So as you can see we need your help in closing this chat room. This is very common every day. They have virtual sex at night in that chat room. NO OTHER chat room is like this. Thank you very much
