How do I delete one acct and restore the other?

Hi, I have a King account and now a Facebook account! If I allow candy crush to talk to facebook I drop back down from 433 to 6 :-( . I have followed the instructions to sync through the King website but it says that my progress is already synced. I've tried logging out of everything and have changed my profile to public - still no joy... Please help me.
