when I unearth the gem at the bottom that eats all you one coloured candy when I try to move it to clear the squares up the top my fame crashes and logs me off can anyone help please x

If the game is crashing then it could be related to your browser/computer. King recommend taking the steps in this thread before anything else so give them a try:

I have the same issue, but I play on my iPhone. It has happened 3 times already. It just keeps crashing when I try to move the frog to the top left to clear that section.

So, had the same issue with 1645, but I used the fish booster(I have like 60 of them) and got through wisth having to use the frog. Just keep matching with the fish and it will always go to the jellies.

I have the same problem and have tried using the boosters without any success...very frustrating!

I am using the app on an iPad - this is the first time the game has shut down while in play and it is at the same stage in level 1645 - when you move the frogIf the game is crashing then it could be related to your browser/computer. I took the latest update 1.80.1 and am no longer crashing with the frogI have the same problem and have tried using the boosters without any success...very frustrating!
