Problem with the Bubblegum troll 3 hard levels prize
I did the 3 hard levels for Bubblegum troll and didn't lose a life. Clicked on 'claim prize' and it reset and asked me to start again. Restarting the game didn't help. Not happy as I had to use several hard-earned boosters on the 3rd level so I didn't lose a life.

I read that if you log out and back into Facebook/Kingdom then that helps so give it a try Gill.

Sadly I don't play any games on Facebook, only on my phone and I don't think there's anything there to log out of ... but thanks for the suggestion

If you go to the app settings in the bottom left corner you can disconnect from Facebook or Kingdom, whichever one you use to save your game

Argh ... I wasn't logged in. Didn't realise that I could be. I am now, but guess it's too late. Thanks for teaching me something new, even if it didn't help with my problem this time
