level 926 on computer and 925 on phone..

I passed level 925 on my phone and moved along to 926. However now I have a chest sitting over the spot to be able to play 926 on my phone but can play it on the computer no problems. Why is the chest blocking the path instead of the usual tap the chest and move on with the game..

I've had this issue. I logged out of Facebook and logged back in again (in the Candy Crush app) and I was able to open the chest and proceed so give it a try
