refresh license

I am on about level 900 in Candy Crush Saga. The last few days, I can't open the app because it says that the license needs to be refreshed. I didn't know that I should link my game with Facebook or something else. I was told I need to uninstall and then reinstall the CCS app, but if I do, will I lose my progress in the game? What can I do? What should I do? Thank you.

I haven't heard of any licenses in Candy Crush. Did you download the game from Google Play?
