Level 1859 doesn't "always" release 5 second candies. Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes when the clock expires it does the normal after score of stripes, wraps, etc. until they are all gone, sometimes it doesn't and the game ends with several special candies left to score. It isn't consistent. Then there are the two pies which burn up the clock during screen refresh (without any score whatsoever).
