When I send a request for help to the next level they never receive the request.

My friends never receive my requests for help to the next level.  A box used to come up saying that I was sending a request--now that does not appear.

The dialog box only appears the first time you send help to a friend.

Instead I suggest you re-install the app on Facebook (remove it, then add it again)
