Unlimited Lives & Lost Boosters!!

I've previously sent in a help request via email, to which I received a TicketID#:2761914 (I don't know what for, because I can't seem to figure it out). The help I sought was for the Unlimited Lives Rewarded by way of the Treasure Chests. The Boosters would be added to my account, but Not the Unlimited Hours of Playtime. I couldn't find a definite answer or fix to my problem on this site, so I relapsed into playing without it. I now have accumulated a bunch of Boosters by way of the Magic Castle event, to which have now all Disappeared!!! I had quite a bit saved, as I couldn't use my Unlimited Hours (that I so desperately earned and also paid for with Gold Bars and Lollipop Hammers!)!! I'm quite frustrated at this point; I've tried to Log in via Facebook (which I would have liked to avoid), to "Find/Redeem" my Stuff, and I'm coming up Empty Handed & More Upset? What do I Do?!?
