Hi,
I sent you an email 3-4 days ago regarding my gold bars but I still haven't heard back from you guys.
I originally had 17-19 gold bars and when I sent you an email I had 2 gold bars left though I hadn't used them.
Could you go through my gold bar purchase log and get back to me as soon as possible?
