I'm having trouble updating candy crush, so I contacted

google. After 45 minutes  on the  phone  and countless  steps I  still  cannot  update  candy crush and all of my special items that I had bought or earned disappeared. I  contacted  Google  again and they told me that  you  could  put my items  back? I  still  can't   update  candy crush. Any ideas  that Google  may not know. Receiving  error  code  18

I'm surprised Google spent 45 mins with you on the phone trying to troubleshoot an App they don't develop.. What steps did they make you do exactly and did you get a screenshot of that error code?
