Tooth Fairy not working properly

Why won't tooth fairy unlock the darn gate as 72 hours is passed?  I passed level 65 in Candy Crush Saga on king.com.

This is very frustrating and I have 2 friends that have helped me.  The game says I need 1 more friend even though my 72 hours is up.  Any ideas any one?

I am stuck on level 111, the tooth fairy says 0 hour etc but i cannot move past it.  How do i do this?

I am stuck on level 95 the tooth fairy will not unlock the next level and its been well over one week I have emailed you on several occasions and just get automated answers and no help , when will the tooth fairy unlock this level so I can continue to play
