How to link PC & Kindle Fire HD Candy Crush Saga using King account (Not Facebook)

I have a King account on my PC which I use for Candy Crush Saga. But I am much further on in the game using my Kindle Fire HD. I would like to link them so I can play the higher levels on my PC as well as Kindle. But I don't want to use Facebook. I cannot see the "King Account" button on the Kindle version. Can someone please explain how I do this?

    Thanks for confirming what I thought Baz. Now I would like to raise this with King.Com so they allow this. If you have any idea how I do that I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
