Purchase problem

Yesterday, Aug 5, at 5:41pm (GMT+8) I made a purchase : promo package 50 golden bars plus 3x different boosters, for 6.99 euros. My Paypal account was debited via Google Play (I have the two receipts). But my Candy Crush Soda account was not credited. Network signal (3G) was not very stable indeed... But I want to be credited of my purchase. I can send the receipts.
