I paid for gold bars and other boosters but they are not showing up

I paid for a gold bar package. They are not showing up and I keep getting told I purchased the package and it will be restored but the app spins but nothing is loaded. I tried turning my phone on and off, wi go on and of etc but nothing. Please advise.
