Still waiting for help

I know I have asked 2 almost the same questions. But I still need help.

I've used the tablet from my boyfriends mother to play candy crush, but now my progress is synced with hers, so I am like 500 levels further than I actually was. When I click on a level the systems THINKS I have played, It thinks I am my boyfriends mother. How can this be undone?
