Updated but still in level 1895

I already updated my candy crush only this week but why until now im stuck to level 1895 and i cant move on forward,i finished this level so many times now but still i cant go on level 1896??

i did watched in youtube abt level 1896 but why on my phone i cant go on forward?,,

Hi Mervelle- Thanks for posting on King Care. I am sorry that you have been experiencing a problem progressing with your game. 

I would like to look into this for you, please could you confirm the following information? 

- Which device and model are you playing on? 

- Which version of Candy Crush Saga do you have installed?

- What is the message that you see at the end of the level when you have completed it?

I have the same issue, I passed level 1895 on my phone and it moved on to level 1896 but it will not sync with my laptop which still has me at 1895
