No, people on Facebook get 15 moves. When the level was first released it was 20 but everybody is now in the same boat. It can be beaten relatively easily with the judicious use of jelly hands (and maybe a lollipop or two) but I wouldn't recommend using any other boosters as they probably hinder more than help in this particular case.
