Why is there still a walking sound in the background ? And sound keeps cutting off!

In the middle of a level the walking sound from completing a level is still there and it is really annoying. You have told me numerous amounts of times that you have done updates to solve this which is clearly no the case. I have a video to prove it if you need it. Also King games keeps cutting of the sound, you told me to go to an Apple Store. They replaced the iPad and gave me a new one and it is still doing it.

Hi Mark- Thanks for posting on King Care. This is indeed a problem that a few players experienced earlier this year, this however, should be fixed now. I am very sorry that you are still facing this problem.

- Which model of iPad are you using? https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201471
- Which version of Candy Crush Saga do you have installed in the App store?
