No 'Kingdom' icon on Kindle Fire tab in Candy Crush Saga

My android tablet has died and I've replaced it with a Kindle Fire tab - I had registered my email with Kingdom but at the time didn't have a Facebook account so candycrush isn't registered on Facebook. Now I can't access my game and can't face starting over.any suggestions?
