Not receiving candies from treasure chest. It's happened with the last 2 treasure chest

I am not receiving my boosters from when I make it to the treasure chest. This happened twice now. I was counting on these boosters to make it through a level. Is there any way to fix this problem. From what I read on the forums It happens a lot Thank You

The info here states that boosters are non refundable:

I know a players who said that removing the game from their account (via the game menu on the left) helped them to get the prizes again so give this a try. There are also more troubleshooting steps here:
