Why am I not receiving treasure?
Since about a month ago, every time I reach a treasure chest it just goes away and I dont get the treasure. This has happened dozens of times. I have experienced the same thing on several different computers, browsers, and after reinstalling the game and clearing caches. Please give me treasure back!!! Thanks.

What happens afterwards, does it let you continue play the game or does it freeze? How did you reinstall the game if you're playing in browsers on PC?

Game play continues as it should, I just don't get the boosters. As to reinstalling, I actually just removed it from my facebook profile and re-added it. This was part of a process that was sent to me by a King support person via Facebook chat. Didn't fix the problem but they did grant me 75 Gold bars for my trouble...When I reported back that it still didn't work they said they would escalate the issue to their development team but since the problem was not very common they probably won't address it. However, I've talked to a lot of people who have the same problem, usually at higher levels, 1800+What happens afterwards, does it let you continue play the game or does it freeze? How did you reinstall the game if you're playing in browsers on PC?
