Level 716- I have cleared all the jelly but several times it still says there is one left-

I have used the lollipop to find it and I have looked closely several times to find the one jelly but it cannot be seen.  Is there a trick to this level or is it malfunctioning?

There is a 'hidden' jelly so to speak, under one of the chocolate makers.
