Why do I keep losing my gold bars in Candy Crush. I went from 9 to 5 to 3 in 2 games...You are ripping me off!

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
