candy crush says successfully connected to Facebook but it is not synced

Candy Crush has not been syncing to Facebook for the last week. The levels on my phone are higher than on Facebook/PC. I do not want to reinstall App on my phone and lose levels. Any other answers?

    my phone already pass 1945, but pc still at 1921..so annoying need to play again on pc which some level are HARD

    Phone is level 1900, PC is 1898. Signed in and out several times and it's not syncing.
