Where is the mystery box that was supposed to be included in my gold bar bundle purchase?

I purchased a gold bar bundle (100 bars) that included a mystery box and 3x's for each candy booster for $15.99; however, I have never received the mystery box to open after purchase or was ever informed what was in the mystery box. I have purchased this bundle 2-3 x's and have yet to open a mystery box. At the very least I would like to know what was inside the box after each purchase because I haven't ever been notified of the contents.  This is a stupid problem so I have decided I will no longer buy gold bars or bundles as often or possibly ever even buy them at all anymore.
