Loss of Treasure chest on level 1551

I beat level 1550 and my avatar advanced on the game board to level 1551 where there was a treasure chest. I tried to click on it to open it and it would not open. I clicked on it and all around it trying to get it to open or to be able to play the level and it wouldn't do anything. I had to get out of the game and log back in. At that point the chest was gone and I did not receive anything from it. I was able to play the level though. I do have screen shots of the board. I tried to attach them here but the button in the upper left hand corner will not let me attach them. I can access the insert/edit link button and that gives the pop up window and the insert video from youtube or vimeo button also gives a pop up but the insert image doesn't let me do anything. I can email them to you if you would like. Please let me know what the issue is and if I can be awarded the items I should have received. Thank you for all your help.
