I have emailed King 4 times regarding my gold bars that have disappeared. I had approx. 597 left, most King gave to me due to a tech issue that took King over 8 months to resolve and had spent much $$$ on their boosters and stuff. So these were given to me as a "i am sorry for your frustration". So taking them away I feel is in poor business considering the reason I was given them. Now I am frustrated that after contacting King 4 times in approx 3 weeks, I only get a generic response that someone will get back to me and I still have not heard from anyone. Very disappointing.

I can see that you have 587 Gold bars in your game account.
Kindly log into Facebook to play Candy Crush Saga in order to verify that you have all Gold bars available.
If the Gold bars don't show on your mobile device could indicate that there's an issue with the connection from your mobile device to Facebook - this can be solved by following the steps in this thread: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/lost-your-connection-to-facebook-ios
