I got close to 400,000 points on this level, after having been close to the 200,000 and purchasing time, and it didn't complete for me. Even though I was past the required 200,000 it wanted me to add time because the bomb was getting ready to explode. I'm not going to purchase time again and get the same situation. I had stopped playing for quite awhile because of stuff like this, and now it's reinforcing why I stopped in the first place.

Turns out that all you'll have to do is to let time run out once you reach the target score. Otherwise the bombs will explode and you'll loose the round.
