What does it mean to collect all orders?

there is no help and the image is too vague to see what it is.  I have played this level several times trying to beat it accidentally, but that is not happening

Well, which level? No matter how vague the images they can't be more vague than this question!

Hi Lyzagata- Thanks for posting on King Care. You are certainly in the right place to get some help :-) 

An order is an element or type of Candy which is needed to be cleared to complete a Candy Order Level. The orders appear on the left hand side of the screen, in the same place to where the ingredients are displayed for Ingredient drop levels. There can be anywhere between one and three orders to finish the level.
