would you please change when we get help from our friends we lose them after the first screen several times I have had 5 extra help (extra turns) from my friends when I have full turns and I go to game and get error something happened and have to go out of the game and I lose my extra help from friends

I think you should focus on working out where this error is coming from so you can avoid the game from closing randomly. That way you can keep your game session open and not lose any unread message when it's closed as I don't see that ever changing, it's been like that for as long as I can remember. If that really annoys you, play on a mobile or tablet as on there messages an be stored for a short while, unlike on PC.
