Not connecting to King. com

I am using Windows 10 and ever since updates came in yesterday morning, I have not been able to connect.  I tried uninstalling updates.  Total of 4 updates of which 1 I could not uninstall.  Still doesn't connect.  Can anyone help me please.

What was updated, Windows 10 or the game app? And what's happening exactly when you're trying to log on, what pops up?
