Closing game problem

I dont want to read any form. Game closing by its self suddenly and everytime. I cant play comfortable. And I want to end this problem.

1. I deleted game and downloaded again NOTHING CHANGE.

2. I reseted my Ipad and NOTHING CHANGE.

3. I connected different wi-fi and NOTHING CHANGE. 

So result NOTHING CHANGE and This must be end OK

What iPad you´re playing on exactly?

If it´s anything like iPad2 or older, then I´m afraid it´s game over. Of course you can still play on a newer device or on PC through both Facebook and King.com
