Level 496 is supposed to have 45 moves, only has 15

Level 496 in candy crush saga only has 15 moves ro get rid of 33 jellies, supposed to have 45 moves. Does anyone else have this problem. I will have to quit, no way to play this game with 15 moves. Thanks King
