I have downloaded the CC app on my windows 10 computer. I would rather play there because I don't lose my lifes that friends send if I end my play like on facebook and facebook groups all the lifes into one group and it counts them as 1 life , but my app isnt loading the gifts from facebook and Im not going to uninstall because then I lose everything and Ive already done that once before

Friends groups are restricted to individual devices/sites. Your friends on Facebook are not known to the app, nor would they be known on king.com if you played there. You will have to build a new friends group for the app.
